Introduction

Diási Mill, Bakery Museum, Herbarium and Spice Garden From the Balaton Cycling Circuit, the 350-metre Forrás nature trail leads to the Diási Mill, which gives the impression of an 18th-century water mill. The mill building with its undershot water wheel and sluice houses a 10-ton baking oven, an exhibition and a scale model of the mill building, as well as a herbarium and a spice garden. The bakery museum and herbarium can be visited during opening hours, and the herb garden can be accessed free of charge at any time. Opening hours: February - May: Saturday-Sunday 1:00pm-5:00pm. June - August: Tuesday-Sunday 12:00 noon-6:00pm (Monday closed) September - 20 December: Saturday-Sunday 1:00pm-4:00pm or for previously announced events at the time of the event.
