Dear Guest, The Picard Home Apartman & Sky Terrace is part of a boarding house in Balatonföldvár, capable of accommodating up to 10 guests. It offers a self-contained accommodation of 140 m2 in Balatonföldvár. Please take into consideration that the pricing is most favorable for reservations of 8-10 guests, considering the size of the accommodation. Located just 200 meters from the center of Balatonföldvár, it is situated directly along Route 7. On the first floor, there is a 140 m2 accommodation featuring a shared living room, lounge area, external private dining area, and sun terrace, in addition to two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. During the reservation, our guests have access to the Sky Terrace, equipped with a separate toilet and shower, while a lobby bar awaits them for evening conversations. Apart from restaurant services, the Picard also offers cosmetic services, a tattoo salon, and women's massage services that can be availed. During the winter reservations, the club restaurant provides a cozy communal space for the guests, heated by the fireplace. When making a reservation, guests can personalize their accommodation, services, and meals according to their preferences thanks to the Gourmet Sky Terrace. This allows us to provide comfortable relaxation, even with full-board options. The proximity of Route 7 and the town center is a positive advantage for easy access to the nightlife district and restaurants on foot. However, due to the thick walls and soundproof windows of the boarding house, guests do not experience the drawbacks of this proximity. We open double rooms according to the number of reservations. Naturally, we do not offer the vacant rooms to other guests! Catering and tourist tax are based on the actual number of guests. The accommodation has a self-regulating heating system and water cooling. The air conditioning can be used for an additional fee upon request. The boarding house can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests over the age of 12. The Picard is also suitable for hosting smaller wedding events. The vacation can also be ideal for themed evenings and relaxation. For conferences and business meetings, a private section of the restaurant, accommodating up to 14 people, is available on the Sky Terrace, providing a peaceful environment. Our accommodation is open year-round! During the cooler autumn/winter periods, the dear guests have access to a self-regulating heating system. Our prices do not include the tourist tax. We would like to draw the attention of our dear future guests to the fact that a deposit is required for making a reservation. In case of guest cancellation, the deposit paid will be considered as a penalty. If the cancellation is made until 30 days prior to arrival, the penalty for the previously canceled final reservation will be credited towards a new reservation made within 365 days. We hope that this can help in case of any unexpected situation that leads to cancellation (up to 30 days prior to arrival). The use of the Sky Terrace, depending on the chosen meal plan, is always regulated by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules created by Picard Home & Gourmet Terrace. Due to an unfortunate incident, we had to add a few points to our House Rules and Terms and Conditions. We now require a security deposit upon check-in (fully refundable if there is no damage or loss), and holding events that may disturb the tranquility (e.g., parties) is not permitted on the premises, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
